Terms & Conditions dewa11 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

01 Introduction

Welcome to dewa11. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dewa11 online betting platform, accessible via our official website. 02 Member Eligibility

• Be a Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or an individual physically present in Malaysia at the time of using dewa11's services.
• Not appearing on any voluntary self-exclusion list or ban imposed by any relevant authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not using the dewa11 platform on behalf of any third party.

Dewa11 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings obtained during the suspension period may be withheld until the verification process is fully concluded.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is only permitted to hold one (1) dewa11 account only. Opening more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, a different email address, or any other method — is a serious violation of these Terms. dewa11 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all accumulated balances and bonuses without any compensation.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as required in the registration form. You also agree to promptly update that information whenever any changes occur. dewa11 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information you have provided.

• Your full name must match your Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Your phone number must be an active, reachable Malaysian number.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

04 Deposits & Payments

Dewa11 accepts deposits through the following Malaysian digital payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and AmOnline. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• There is no default maximum daily deposit limit; however, members may set a lower limit of their own choosing within their account settings.
• Credits will appear in your dewa11 account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
• Any deposit that fails to be processed by the payment provider is not the responsibility of dewa11 — please contact your payment provider directly in the first instance.
• Dewa11 does not charge any processing fees or hidden charges on deposits.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your dewa11 account can be made at any time, subject to the following conditions. dewa11 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account registered in your name.
• Any bonus still subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.
• Dewa11 has between 15 minutes and 24 hours to process approved withdrawal requests.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM10,000, additional identity verification may be required before the payment is processed.
• Dewa11 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraud until an investigation is completed.

Members are advised against making deposits with the sole intention of withdrawing them without any betting activity. Such behaviour may be regarded as an attempted money laundering and the account in question will be investigated.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Dewa11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that must be read and understood before accepting any offer.

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% match on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM600. This bonus is subject to a 10× (ten times) wagering requirement on the bonus value before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met within a specified timeframe — typically between 7 and 30 days, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonus Betting Limit: While meeting wagering requirements, the maximum bet allowed using bonus funds is RM50 per spin or RM100 per sports bet.
• One Bonus Per Member: Each member is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through different accounts constitutes fraud and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been met.
• Dewa11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Game Rules

All games available on the dewa11 platform — including jackpot slots, live baccarat, roulette, table games, football betting, e-sports, and lottery — are subject to their respective game-specific rules, which can be found in the help section of the dewa11 platform.

• The Random Number Generator (RNG) system used by dewa11 has been certified by independent international auditing bodies. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or software failure during gameplay, dewa11 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the member.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the dewa11 system cannot be cancelled or modified.
• For live casino games, the outcome declared by the dealer is final and subject to verification against video recordings.

08 Member Responsibilities

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Dewa11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering attempts, or suspicious behaviour that warrants further investigation.
• Using bots or automated tools to play.
• Requests by Malaysian legal authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a terms violation (e.g., at the member's own request), all valid balances and cash balances that have met the wagering requirements will be returned to the member within 14 business days via the relevant payment method.

12 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The dewa11 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While dewa11 strives to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24/7, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, viruses, or issues beyond our control.

• Dewa11 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
